RETURN , REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do hope that you will be completely satisfied but if you are not, please return the products within 7 days. Please enclose your contact details, the invoice associated with the product and details of the problem. Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition - we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. Chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Delivery schedule providing the goods are in stock: we aim to dispatch the same day all orders received before noon.
First Class, typically 1-2 working days from receipt of the order.
Standard Parcels, typically 3-5 working days.
At all times we try to send your package to you as quickly as possible.
We will E-Mail you for deliveries outside the UK.
International Scheduled delivery from 3 working days.
If we are unable to despatch your order due to stock shortages within 5 working days, we will E-mail you to offer a suitable substitute or offer a partial / full refund.
UK SHIPPING:
We try to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum. Our current charges are:
Any Parcel up to 2Kg will cost £4.95.
Any Parcel over 2Kg will cost £6.99.
GUARANTEE:
Due to the nature of the manufacture of our sweets, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of nuts, free of gelatine, free of whey powder, cocoa powder, pork gelatine only, and certain 'E' numbers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
DATA PROTECTION:
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Data Protection Act. We will only use customer information to simplify regular log in to our site.
